During the group Coached Training Session, your instructor will coach you, giving you guidance such as feedback on technique as well as taking care of your safety. He will evaluate your abilities and adjust the training to suit your individual level and objectives. Private coaching is available on request.

- Minimum 14 years of age (under 18 years requires parental consent)

- Freediving Level 1 certification or higher

Multi-session Package:
- 5 sessions or more: 20% discount (64$/session)

- 10 sessions or more: 30% discount (56$/session)

- 20 sessions or more: 40% discount (48$/session)

Note that course open water sessions can count in the package as open water training sessions (e.g., if you take in total 7 days course and 3 days training, you can benefit the 30% discount on the training sessions)
