In three months, we will take you from being a complete beginner to being a competent freediver and then a certified professional instructor. A lifetime of underwater adventure starts here! Prerequisites:

- Minimum 18 years of age

- Be able to swim

- No prior experience with Freediving required

- Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training within the past 24 months (Can be done in Tamarindo)

Program content:

- AIDA Freediver course
- AIDA Advanced Freediver course

- Open Water coached training (min 5 sessions/week)

- Club weekly pool training

- AIDA Master Freediver course

- Assistant Instructor training

- AIDA Instructor course

- Unlimited Reef Spearfishing/Fun Freediving on our shared boat trips

- Highly experienced professional Freediving instructor and instructor trainer

Certification requirements:

At the end of the program, students should be able to teach AIDA Freediver and Advanced Freediver courses. They also should be able to hold their breath for at least 4 minutes, swim 90m/295ft in dynamic apnea and freedive comfortably beyond 40m/130ft depth.
